Why Choose Double AA

Why Duncan-Area Landowners Call Us

Dirt Work Done Right

It is on the trailer because we mean it. Ground shaped so water leaves, brush cut so it stays cut, roots dug instead of mowed over — done once, done right.

The Right Iron for the Job

Track skid steers with a hydraulic brush cutter, a mini excavator, a tractor and a gooseneck dump trailer — sized for real land work without wrecking the ground doing it.

Straight Quotes, No Games

We walk the actual property, tell you what it needs and what it does not, and put a real number on it. Free, no obligation, and it holds unless the scope changes.

Duncan Based, Duncan Proud

Local and owner-run. We know what cedar, mesquite and red clay do to Stephens County land — and you talk to the person doing the work, not an office.

What You Can Expect

How a Job With Double AA Runs

From the first walk of the property to the last pass of the grade, here is exactly how it goes.

1

Walk the Property

We come look at the actual land — the brush, the trees, the ground under it, and how equipment gets in. No blind quotes over the phone; land work prices off what's really out there.

2

Straight Quote

You get a free, no-obligation quote with a real number and a real plan — what gets cleared, where the dirt goes, what happens to the brush. It holds unless the scope changes.

3

Do the Work

The equipment shows up when we said and the job runs the way we quoted it — clearing, mowing, grading, digging. Hit something unexpected, you hear about it immediately, not on the bill.

4

Walk It With You

When the work's done we walk the property together. Brush handled the way we agreed, grades draining the right way, gates and fences the way we found them. Done means you say it's done.

FAQ

Questions Landowners Ask Us

The questions Duncan-area property owners ask most. Don't see yours? Call — you'll be talking to the person who does the work.

Call (580) 475-7413

What areas do you serve?
We're based in Duncan and work Stephens County and the country around it: Marlow, Comanche, Velma, Rush Springs, Sterling, Elgin, Lawton and Waurika, plus the rural land between them. Acreage outside town is normal for us — if you're anywhere in the Duncan–Lawton stretch of Southwest Oklahoma, call and ask. The answer is usually yes.
What services do you offer?
Everything that gets raw or overgrown land useful: land clearing, brush hogging and heavy brush mowing, fence line clearing, dirt work and grading, pad and site prep, gravel driveways, and trenching. If it takes a skid steer, an excavator or a tractor and a long day, it's probably our kind of work.
How big or small a job will you take?
Both ends. Clearing a few acres of pasture, mowing an overgrown lot in town, cutting one fence line back, digging a trench to a new shop — none of it is too small to call about, and we'll tell you straight if something is past what our equipment should take on. You talk to the owner either way.
Do you work residential properties or just rural land?
Both. A lot of the schedule is rural — pasture clearing, fence lines, ranch roads — but we also do lot clearing, dirt work and drainage grading for homeowners in Duncan, Marlow and the surrounding towns, and pads and driveways for new builds. Same equipment, same standard, town or country.
How do estimates work?
They're free, and they happen at the property, not over the phone. Land work prices off things you can't see from a call — how thick the brush is, what's hiding in it, how the ground lies, access for equipment. We come walk it with you, talk through what you actually need, and give you a straight number before anything starts.
What happens to the brush and debris?
Depends on the job and what you want. Mowed brush gets cut small and left to break down, which most pasture work calls for. On clearing jobs we can pile it for burning, push it to a fence line, or load the gooseneck dump trailer and haul it off so the land is clean when we leave. We'll go over the options at the estimate.
When is the best time to clear land in Oklahoma?
There's work to do in every season. Winter and early spring are ideal for heavy clearing — you can see what you're cutting and burn piles safely. Summer is prime brush hogging season, since everything grows back fast. Dirt work wants dry ground more than any particular month. Whenever you call, we'll tell you honestly whether now is the right time for your job or worth waiting a few weeks.
How do I get started?
Call (580) 475-7413 or send the form on this site. You'll be talking to the owner, not an office — we'll talk through the property, come walk it with you, and get you a free straight answer on what it needs and what it costs.
